Inc scores are taken as per the chart below,
however you should endeavor to finish all remaining
rounds as applicable to avoid further penalty.
1 INC = Average score of other 3 rounds
2/3 INCs = No round placement, nominal 5 points
4 INCs = No show, 0 points
