Red's Ramblings v.2

My blog has been hit with 22 spam messages today alone. This isn’t a problem as my filters have picked them up and are doing their job but a routine visual scan through them highlighted on that made me laugh out loud. It amuses me more the more I read it.

“Hi, I’m novice here. Your forum is full of usefull information. But I can’t undestand, what is wrong with my messages – when previewing it I see some URLs that leeds to adult pages.
Yes, sites seem to be very intersing, but I’ll better use google to find such a sites.
Could you please advice me how to recover the problem. Maybe it’s a virus? Or maybe it’s a feature of your forums?
Please, do not delete my message. Maybe you advice me something and it will help others if they have the same trouble.”

I’m as pleased that the information in my “forums” is useful almost as much as I’m pleased that he also finds the adult sites “intersing”. I can certainly assure him its not a virus and much as it would please me to say so, it’s not a feature of my forums.

So there you go. I have advised you. I doubt that it will help others though
