Dragons

Emily is driving me crazy.

If you know her you’ll know that she’s a little, well, odd. She likes anything reptilian and some time back she had a couple of Anolis lizards. They were pretty harmless although on bit me once and it took a few minutes to get it off such is its clamp like jaws. The main problem is that they were skittish and on numerous occasions they got out and had me chasing round the house tying to catch them. Another problem was that she kept letting the crickets out such that the house sounded more like a Mexican desert at dusk. When they died off (one eaten by the cat and the other found in a skeletal state under her bed after escaping some weeks earlier) we were more than happy to get rid of the terrarium.

All has been quiet for a number of years now with the exception of fish, hamster and stick insects (all but fish deceased) until now. It seems she has been googling away now for weeks and, bypassing me, has convinced her Mum that a pair of Bearded Dragons would be a good idea.

Here we go again!
