Today I have mostly been playing
Siege
I’ve decided that now’s time to add
all those dregs of MP3′s to my iPod. I already have all my albums on but those
tracks just rudely introduced as dregs are songs from my youth. I’ve just had a
session of Iron Maiden, eased into some Neil Diamond, sang along to ELO – Mr
Blue Sky and I’m currently singing Frankie Laine -
Rawhide!
Anyway, I digress. Apart from
the good mood tunes I racked up my first PES with with two of the best goal I
have ever seen, and believe me I’ve seen many put past me to be qualified to
make that statement. The first was a lone run by Lois Saha to put it across the
face of the goal into the far top corner. The second even better, a long pass
from my half saw the oppositions defence wrong footed. The keeper came towards
the edge of his penalty area to collect but too late. Ruud Van Nistlerooy got in
there first with a header which saw the ball look over the keepers head and
slowly roll over the line. Goooooooooaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllll!!!!!! Chuffed as
mint balls
Now I have also been
drumming up some support for Worms. Not because its a brilliant game, it not.
I’m not saying its bad but its not the 2D worms we all love and the building
elements distract slightly. Its one of the few non driving, non shooting games
on Live and I’ve been looking out for a party type game where you can chill and
chat as much as play the game.
