Are you still here?
date..
to think I’ve been busy but in truth I’ve just been too lazy and the longer you
put something off the longer it takes to get it done.. needless to say I’ve
clicked on my Blog so many times, looked at it for a minute then found some
other issue to fulfil.
So to start we
last left off at the Halloween party preparations. This went along nicely and
was the overwhelming success that it always is. James followed in his fathers
footsteps by disappearing up to his room for the evening and entertained her
with his music collection and video games while serving up bottle upon bottle of
Vodka pops. I (in the guise of the prince of darkness) was full of red wine and
dutifully rolled out the Karaoke. The rest is a blur 
The back of November brought us James’
birthday which saw us enter the age of the teen… not that he hadn’t been
carrying off a perfect teenager impression for
years.
With the final family event of
the year out of the way we could finally start to think about Christmas which
almost brings us up to date. I’ve got the obligatory tinsel on the screen, the
snowy desktop background (in fact a few.. discovered the desktop cycling) and
Christmas music playing in iTunes. With much of my Chrimbo shopping done online
I have found that I have quite a bit of spare time.. perhaps I should take next
week off
