In the eyes of a cynic..
I wonder if the previous installation guy was
just ready for home. His dinner was in the oven and his pipe and slippers were
waiting. It seems that way and his sole intention was just to get home after
having an excuse not to do the job handed to him on a plate while giving an
Oscar winning performance in appearing

So the two man ‘specialist’
team arrived today. Special climbing and roof access equipment? Nah.. one dived
inside to plug in the box while the other slapped a ladder on the side of the
house and clambered over the roof!
